Soy Candles

Have you ever had an elegant dinner party and the candle wax ran down onto your fine linen tablecloth?  What a difficult if not impossible endeavour to get it out.  Well those candles were made from paraffin wax and are very hard to get out of clothing and off of surfaces.  You would have to spend hours with a hot iron and blotting cloth, trying to get the paraffin wax out of your fine linen tablecloth.

Well the simpler way to clean that tablecloth would be to burn a soy wax candle instead.  If the soy wax gets onto your tablecloth or clothing, all you have to do is use soap and water, and presto, it is out.  Another fine advantage with using soy wax is that you can reuse the container by just washing it with soap and water.  So many candles come in such elegant containers, it is a shame to have to throw them out after the candle is gone.  Now you can save the container and use it again and again.  If you are into making your own soy wax candles, think how much money you can save by reusing the containers again and again.  It is also a great way to help reduce the amount of  garbage sent to the city dumps thus helping to keep the environment cleaner.
